Tech execs slam Trump administration’s decision to end DACA

Tech executives ranging from Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg to Google CEO Sundar Pichai have slammed the White House's decision to end DACA, an immigration policy founded by the Obama administration in 2012.

The Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals policy allows certain illegal immigrants who have entered the U.S. as minors to receive a renewable two-year period of deferred action from deportation and eligibility for a work permit.

Smile, you’re in augmented reality dentistry

For someone getting major dental work or reconstructive surgery, it can be hard to visualize what they’ll look like afterwards. Of course, it goes without saying that this is a particularly worrisome work-around given that many smartphone users tend to keep sensitive personal and financial information on their devices.

‘James Bond 25’ movie plot supposedly leaks two years before release

James Bond 25 movie plot leaked

Not long after the New York Times reported that Daniel Craig would return for at least one more adventure as James Bond, Craig confirmed the decision himself on an episode of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. Google and Xiaomi just launched the best Android One iPhone ever

Xiaomi Mi A1 Release Date

Launched a few years ago, the Android One initiative represents Google’s effort to provide affordable devices to buyers in developing markets who can’t afford expensive Android handsets. However, the Android One phones launched so far were less than exciting, which wasn’t surprising, given that all Google wanted was to drive the price down, so more people buy mobile devices that can be used to browse the web and generated ad-based income.

Fast forward to today, and we finally have an Android One phone that’s actually worth considering by anyone shopping smartphones on a budget. Oh, and yes, it looks a lot like an iPhone.
